Despite currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina, Michigan will always be home to me. Growing up minutes from the largest freshwater lake in the US is a luxury that I took for granted for the 22 years I lived in Michigan. Thankfully my family knows that luxury and will always call it home. Which means, I always have a place to stay!

Since I was little, our family loved traveling. Every chance we got we were taking road trips, or camping across Michigan, or heading overseas to explore Europe. As you can imagine, a childhood like that gives you QUITE the travel bug as you’re growing up so you can always find me planning my next trip or finding a new place in my own city to try. As of 2023, I’ve been to 24 different countries and 4 different continents!

I started filming weddings in 2013, right out of high school. I was filming anything and everything up until that point, making travel vlogs, cheesy music videos, and fake movie trailers for every event, activity, and hang out my friends and I were having. When I discovered the joy that is filming weddings, I was hooked.

I’m a huge crafter. I have this problem where I will see something and think “I can make that.” And that’s how I got into knitting, sewing, crocheting, embroidery, calligraphy, drawing, and doing anything that involves a Circuit machine. So if you see me out and you like my clothes, 80% of the time I’ll say, “thank you, I made it!”
